 Soh Har (2015)  Ms Lim Soh Har
Executive Director

Ms Lim Soh Har has been Executive Director at the National Healthcare Group (NHG) Diagnostics since October 2015. She was the General Manager of NHG Diagnostics from September 2011 to September 2014.  

Ms Lim has over 18 years’ of experience in healthcare, with stints in Singapore General Hospital (SGH), National University Hospital (NUH), NHG The Cancer Institute, NHG Corporate Development, Institute of Mental Health (IMH) and NHG Diagnostics. Prior to rejoining healthcare in 2011, Ms Lim was Head Operations of the Singapore Botanic Gardens from September 2007 to September 2011.  

Ms Lim graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1989 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). She was awarded the MOH Health Manpower Development Program (HMDP) Scholarships in 2005 and 2015, to train at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania USA, and at INSEAD Singapore respectively.

Senior Director

Dr Goh is a Fellow of the United Kingdom College of Radiographers and the Australian Institute of Radiography respectively. He has a Masters in Business Administration and a Doctor of Science (Hon) from the London’s South Bank University (LSBU). He is also a visiting fellow of LSBU and past president of the International Society of Radiographers. 

With over 36 years of experience in healthcare, he has overseen various planning and operational aspects of hospital management, particularly in areas of allied health and medical imaging.  

His major projects included managing Singapore's National University Hospital's Department of Diagnostic Imaging, providing a turnkey solution for NUH's $25 million Radiotherapy Centre, setting up the $4.5 million Shaw-NKF Children's Kidney Centre at NUH, revamping the administrative support for The Cancer Institute, Emergency Department and The Children's Medical Institute.

Dr Goh is a member of the Ministry of Health's accreditation committee for radiographers and radiation therapists.

 Prof Sethi (2015)  A/Prof Sunil Sethi
Clinical Advisor, Laboratory

Associate Professor Sunil Sethi is the Chief and Senior Consultant with Department of Laboratory Medicine at National University Hospital and also heads its Division of Clinical Chemistry since 2002. His other current appointments include Associate Professor, Department of Pathology, NUS; Associate Senior Consultant, Department of Medicine, NUH; General Manager, NUH Referral Laboratory.

He received his MBBS (1984) and Master of Medicine (Internal Medicine) (1988) from National University of Singapore. Subsequently, he obtained his PhD in Clinical Biochemistry from University of Surrey (UK) in 1995.

A/Professor Sethi is conferred fellowship of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore in 2004 and Royal College of Pathologists in Chemical Pathology in 2003. He is also a member of the Royal College of Physicians (1988), Australasian Association of Clinical Biochemists, and the Royal College of Pathologists in Chemical Pathology.

Professor Sethi has published extensive journals on laboratory medicine and received various awards, such as National Healthcare Group Outstanding Citizenship Award and Healthcare IT innovation Award for the NHG Laboratory Information & Automation Systems in 2006, for his contribution in the field of laboratory science.

A/Prof Robert Hawkins
Clinical Advisor, Laboratory

Associate Professor Robert Hawkins has been a Senior Consultant in Chemical Pathology at the Department of Laboratory Medicine at Tan Tock Seng Hospital since 1998.  Currently he is also the Visiting Consultant at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospitals and the Adjunct A/Professor and Lead for Chemical Pathology at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.  He has intensive experience in Chemistry since his appointments in New Zealand and Malaysia in 1993.

A/Prof Hawkins received his MB ChB at University of Auckland in 1986, Postgraduate diplomas in health management in 1996 and health informatics in 2004, Master in Information science at Otago University in 2007 and Research MD at University of Auckland in 2011.  In addition, he attended the fellowship of Royal College of Pathologist of Australasia (RCPA) in 1992 and Academy of Clinical Biochemistry (FACB) in 2000 and was elected to Fellowship of Faculty of Scientist of RCPA in 2012.  He also served as President of Singapore Society of Pathology and Vice President of Singapore Association of Clinical Biochemists.

A/Prof Hawkins has published over 60 scientific articles and reviews, as well over 100 abstracts at various scientific meetings. His interest in pre-analytical quality, laboratory statistics and evidence based laboratory contributes significantly to the field of laboratory medicine.

Clinical Advisor, Radiology

Adjunct Associate Professor Chong Bee Kiang is Senior Consultant, Diagnostic Radiology and Divisional Chairman of Ambulatory & Diagnostic Medicine in Tan Tock Seng Hospital.  She is also a member of the Clinical Board and Quality Council of TTSH. She is co-chairman of the radiation safety committee and member of the civil emergency council. She is clinical director of BreastScreen Singapore reading and assessment centres at TTSH as well as lead assessor for BSS, HPB. Her other appointments include Adjunct Associate Professor at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine,  and Senior Clinical Lecturer at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in National University of Singapore. A/Prof Chong is a faculty member for BSS Mammography Education programme for Radiographers in Health Promotional Board and Final MMed (Diagnostics Radiology) Exam Preparatory course in National University of Singapore. She is a member of Residency Advisory Committee for Diagnostic Radiology under Ministry of Health. 

A/Prof Chong received her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from National University of Singapore, and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists in UK and Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.  She completed her HMDP fellowship in Breast Imaging at the University of California, San Francisco and Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA. 

With 24 years of experience in Radiology, she has specialised in Breast Imaging and Intervention with contributions in many presentations at various conferences as invited speakers and publications in local, regional and international journals.  


A/Prof Quek Swee Tian
Clinical Advisor, Radiology 

Associate Professor Quek Swee Tian graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS) and obtained the Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists in 1995 before undergoing further training in the UK. He is currently Head of Department of Diagnostic Imaging at the National University Hospital (NUH) as well as Head of Department of Diagnostic Radiology at NUS. He is also the clinical director of the Breast Screen Singapore program at NUH.   His other appointments include being executive committee member of the National Cancer Institute of Singapore (NCIS), Working Committee of Western Cancer Action Network (We-CAN), Clinical Department Mortality and Morbidity Quality Assurance Committee and Chair of the Radiation Safety Committee in NUH.  

His interest in medico-legal and professional matters has seen him appointed a member of the Singapore Medical Council’s Complaints and Disciplinary Committee, a Senior Advisor to the NUH Medical Board to assist in medico-legal issues as well as a member of the Standing Committee on Continuing Professional Development, Academy of Medicine. 

In education, A/Prof Quek is a member of the Specialist Training Committee and Residency Advisory Committee for Diagnostic Radiology, an examiner in the MMed(Diag Rad)/FRCR examinations and an external examiner in the Indonesian National Board Examinations.  He has published on various topics in Radiology and authored/co-authored a number of book chapters. He sits on the editorial board of several journals and has been invited  to speak at numerous international conferences.  

 Dr Wong Moh Sim 

Dr Wong Moh Sim
Clinical Advisor, Laboratory 
  Dr Wong Moh Sim is Head and Senior Consultant at the Department of Laboratory Medicine at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. She also holds a concurrent administrative position as Deputy Chairman (Clinical Quality), Medical Board. 

Dr Wong graduated from the University of Leicester in UK and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists (UK) in Chemical Pathology and the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia. She also holds a Master of Health Science (Management) degree from the University of Sydney, Australia. She currently serves on various committees, including the Singapore Association of Clinical Biochemists (SACB) and the Health Sciences Authority External Quality Assessment Programme in Clinical Chemistry.     

Her clinical interest is diabetes mellitus and she runs clinic sessions at the Diabetes Centre.
